Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Each tasbih and product is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure quality.

Due to the natural variation of stones and materials used in our tasbihs, each piece may vary slightly in appearance. These variations in color and texture are part of the natural beauty of the materials and are not considered defects.

If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly arrange a replacement.
